Offensive skills include: snapping, running pass patterns and catching passes, ball handling, and proper stances and footwork. Defensive skills include: rushing the passer, proper tackling technique, reaction drills, and covering receivers. Each day begins with agility work, followed by skill sessions. Each day finishes with a scrimmage. Campers will also be instructed on the rules and strategy of football, including team concepts.
