Improve your lacrosse and field hockey skills by learning from our top-rated coaches. Our 8 to 1 camper to instructor ratio insures the most attention a camp can offer. The goal of this camp is to teach lacrosse and field hockey players of all levels, fine-tune your fundamental skills, and have fun!

DAILY SCHEDULE

| 11:30am-12:15pm | Fun games and activities in the pool to beat the heat! |
| 12:15pm-1pm | Change to field clothes and lunch break |
| 12:15pm | Morning half day campers pick up |
| 1pm | Drop off for afternoon half day campers |
| 1pm-3:45pm | Second Rotation of Lacrosse or Field Hockey camps |
| 3:45-4:30pm | Pool time to beat the heat! |
| 4:30pm-5pm | Learn new stick skill tricks and cool down time. |

COACHES
Jo Owens, Lacrosse
Originally from Washington D.C., Coach Jo is the founder and CEO of Texas Play Hard and started girls’ lacrosse here in Austin. She played lacrosse at UT and has been a successful coach and official at all levels in our community for over 12 years. Coach Jo is a former mathematics teacher and is currently a certified personal trainer.
Char Johnston, Lacrosse
Coach Char is originally from the DC area and a former lacrosse player at the University of New Hampshire. She brings over 5 years of lacrosse coaching experience and 2 years of field hockey coaching experience. Coach Char has been a certified field hockey and lacrosse official for the past 10 years in Washington D.C., NC, and currently in Austin.
Jen Anderson, Field Hockey
Coach Jen is the head field hockey coach at St. Stephen’s and has been successful at building the Middle and High School programs over the past 13 years. She is a former player at UNC Chapel Hill and is the coach for the field hockey futures program in Austin. Coach Jen has been a middle school mathematics teacher at St. Stephen’s since 1997.
